Trade union – is a voluntary public association comprised of individuals sharing common interests in their occupation, workplace, the service sector, culture, and so on. Associations are formed with the objective of advocating for and protecting employees' rights in labour-management relations, as well as the social and economic interests of the organization's members, with the potential for larger representation of employees.
