The Department of Educational Process of Information Support was established on February 15, 2024.

Main working aspects the Department is focused on:

• administration of the faculty's website and faculty pages presented on BSU official website and BSU applicants website;
• administration of the faculty's educational platform;
• administration of the Employee Personal Cabinet;
• administration of the faculty's social networks (Instagram, Telegram);
• operational support, commissioning, minor repairs of technical equipment (computers, all-in-one PCs, multiboards, MFPs, printers, scanners, projectors, TVs);
• technical support of faculty events (conferences, forums, meetings, dialogue platforms, etc.);
• organization of refilling and replacement of cartridges for MFPs and printers of the Faculty;
• interaction & cooperation with the BSU Information Technology Centre on issues of restoring computer equipment and the Faculty's local network, as well as the improvement of the Faculty's information network;
• organization of the procurement process of computer and office equipment;
• providing assistance to the Faculty staff on the use of technical means necessary for the implementation of the educational process;
• development of methodological documentation & instructions on the effective use of BSU services.
