- In accordance with the Republic of Belarus educational legal system citizens of Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan as well as Ukrainian citizens permanently living within the territory of Lugansk and Donetsk provinces have a right to get higher education in BSU on the conditions foreseen for:
- citizens of the Republic of Belarus, i.e. studying for free or paying tuition fee as the Belarusian citizens do, based on the results of admission exams in the form of centralized testing of conducted in the institution itself;
- foreign citizens and people without citizenship, i.e. paying as “foreign citizens” based on the interview results which establishes the level of the language necessary for the studying process in the amount for obtaining higher education curriculum.
- Other foreign citizens and people without citizenship who do not live within the territory of the Republic of Belarus can apply to BSU to get higher education:studying for free or paying tuition fee – in accordance with the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus;
paying for studies – based on the results of final assessment after obtaining educational program for people going to apply for higher education;
paying for studies – based on the results fo the interview results which establishes the level of the language necessary for the studying process in the amount for obtaining higher education curriculum.
- Documents’ acceptance for studying in BSU, entrance exams enrollment for foreign citizens mentioned in p. 1 and getting to the University as mentioned in p. a) is done in accordance with the Technology of acceptance to BSU of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and people without citizenship permanently living within the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
- Documents consideration accepted from foreign citizens is done from June, 30 till October, 1.Foreign citizens from visa-free countries can send documents’ copies via mail or come to Belarus and give the original documents for studies themselves.
