Higher education program aims to prepare professionals with fundamental and specific knowledge and skills.
Education is conducted in Russian.
Duration is four or five years.
Applications for study are during the period from July, 8 to October, 15.
After the successful graduation the Internationally Recognized Diploma of higher education is awarded.
